UK Deliveries

Standard Delivery

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £75 and over. This is subject to availability, and excludes gift vouchers, international delivery destinations, and premium delivery services.

About our delivery service

Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £75 and over. We charge £4.95 for standard UK delivery on orders under £75.

  • We deliver Monday to Friday, 7.30am-6pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later).
  • If you select Royal Mail as your delivery option, then we can not guarantee a delivery time or date.
  • If Next Working Day or UPS Access Point is available for your order, we’ll offer you these options at checkout. These options are available for Monday to Friday delivery; order by 12pm previous day.
  • We can’t guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
  • Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we’ll notify you as soon as possible
  • On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.

Returns & Replacements
Change or Cancel an Order

It may be possible to make changes or add to your order if you call us before 12:00 the day after you place your order. (If ordered at a weekend, then please call Monday)

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact us for advice on 0800 644 6044 between 9am and 4pm. Please be ready to quote your order number and order date.

If your order has already been despatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure (below) in the event of any unwanted products.

There are some products which we cannot refund or exchange, including Bread products.

Cancelling your order

Please call us on 0800 644 6044 before 12pm the day after placing your order or we may not be able to stop the order being sent. (If ordered at the weekend, please call Monday)


Track your order

To check your order status, just sign in or register at the top of the page, then click on My Account followed by View orders.

  • Order received means your order hasn't been processed yet
  • Order processing means your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving it and despatching your goods
  • Despatched means your order has left our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming despatch. Depending on our chosen carrier, you may receive a separate email from us that will detail how to track your order when it has left the warehouse.
  • Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived, or arrives incomplete, first of all please view your order online by signing into your account.. If your order has been despatched but hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please email our us, or call us on 0800 644 6044 between 9am and 4pm, Monday - Friday.

If your order arrives and the goods are damaged, follow our Returns procedure or call us on 0800 644 6044.


Returns procedure

Returns via Royal Mail or courier
  • Fill out your reason(s) for return on the Returns Slip at the bottom of the invoice
  • Enclose the Returns Slip with the product, and package up securely; please use original packaging if possible, but remove original labels
  • Please obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office
  • If you need your item/s to be collected because it's large or heavy (longer than 0.61cm or over 2kg for Royal Mail; over 25kg for Yodel), or you have any other queries, call us on 0800 644 6044.
  • Please allow 2 weeks from the collection or posting date for us to credit your account. We will refund the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us following the instructions above, and we'll exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. Please see below for products excluded from this policy.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This excludes the products listed below.

Terms & conditions
  • If you're unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of purchase
  • It's important that any unwanted item, unless damaged, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless damaged or not as described, on the following items:

All bread products, including Bagels, Tortilla Wraps, Pita Breads, Muffins and Brownies.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
